I have been taking “Selmevit” for more than a week and have already noticed its positive influence. Firstly, my blood pressure does not increase. It is clear that here the main merit belongs to other drugs, but vitamins also have a supporting function.
Secondly, I do not have a headache all these days (and in general, my head hurts almost every day).
Thirdly, I began to fall asleep faster and sleep became stronger.
Fourth, I'm less nervous and worried.
Fifth, the heat is now just hellish, and I carry it easier than usual.

Way to use

Flax flour is important to take correctly: 1 tsp. flax flour pour 1/2 cup warm (25-30 degrees) water, stir, let stand for 5-10 minutes until thick. Then to add to a full glass of water (60-80 degrees). After cooling down, drink before bedtime (22-23 hours). You can use a double reception - at 18-19 hours instead of dinner (then add some honey or raisin to linen jelly) and before bedtime.
