The production of neoprene is a fully mechanized process, at all stages of which it is necessary to closely monitor pressure, temperature and processing time. Usually, petroleum products are used as raw materials for the manufacture of foamed rubber, but some manufacturers use other starting materials, for example, limestone.

Neoprene technology can be compared to baking bread. It consists of several stages. First, using a clear liquid called chloroprene, a polychloroprene crumb is created, which is the basis of the future foam. As a result of vulcanization, all the crumbs are tied into one giant granule.
