Cooking method:

For 2 slices of bread, put a slice of cheese or grate it and sprinkle on the bread.
Put the tomatoes, cut into round slices, on top of the cheese.

Butter - 30 g
Onions - 2 pcs.
Bay leaves - 1 pc.
Thyme - 2 tsp.
Carrots - 1 pc.
Celery - 1 stalk
Garlic - 2 cloves
Ground beef - 1 kg
Chopped pork - 300 g
Eggs - 3 pcs.
Breadcrumbs - 70 g
Tomato Ketchup - 200 ml
Worcestershire sauce - 1 tbsp. l
Parsley - 4 tbsp. l
Ground cumin - 1/2 tsp.
Cayenne pepper - 1/2 tsp.
Ground Nutmeg - Pinch
Salt - to taste
Ground black pepper to taste

Cooking method:

Preheat oven to 180 degrees.
Cover the form with baking paper and brush with a little oil.
In a pan over medium heat, heat the butter.
Add chopped onion, bay leaf and thyme. Cook for 15 minutes.
Add carrots and celery finely chopped. Cook for another 5 minutes.
Add chopped garlic. Cook for another couple of minutes.
Remove from heat and cool completely. Remove bay leaf.
In a large bowl, mix beef and pork, eggs, breadcrumbs, 100 milliliters of ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, chopped parsley, cumin, pepper, nutmeg, and chilled vegetables. Stir the mixture thoroughly with your hands.
Put the mixture in the form. Try not to dub too much. Pour the remaining ketchup.
Bake for 1–1.5 hours.
Slice the meat bread and serve as sandwiches.
