Sweet tubes with condensed milk: a simple recipe in a waffle iron

The recipe for tubes with condensed milk in a waffle iron is quite simple. Each hostess can cook them!

  1. To start, melt the butter (or margarine) in a water bath or in a microwave.
  2. Now beat the eggs with sugar using a blender or a whisk.
  3. Now add butter and flour to the sugar-egg mixture, continuing to beat the mixture. As a result, you get a dough, which by its consistency will resemble sour cream.
  4. Now take the waffle iron, grease it with butter, pour the dough (literally one tablespoon) and bake the waffle in just a couple of minutes.

Option Two

  • 100 grams of butter,
  • 3 egg whites,
  • 150 grams of powdered sugar,
  • 100 grams of flour,
  • 250 ml of cream (about 30% fat).

  1. Squirrel with powdered sugar, whisk with a blender or mixer.
  2. Soften butter (do not drown) and, continuing to beat the egg mixture, add butter to it.
  3. Now gradually add the flour in the composition, without stopping the beating.
  4. Take a baking sheet and cover its bottom with parchment soaked in vegetable oil.
  5. Now spread the dough on the parchment and spread it evenly. You should end up with several even circles with a diameter of about 15-20 centimeters.
  6. Send the baking tray to the oven, heated to 170 degrees, for literally 10 minutes (the dough should be reddened).

Cooking stuffing

We offer several options for filling.

Option One

To make condensed milk tubes, use the following ingredients:

  • 1 can of condensed milk boiled (about 380 grams),
  • 150 grams of butter.

  1. The oil should be softened, so get it out of the fridge beforehand.
  2. Beat the butter with a blender.
  3. Continuing to whip the butter, gradually add condensed milk.

Option Two

This filling is very simple, its main component is sour cream. Here's what you need:

  • 400 grams of fat and thick cream,
  • 1 cup of powdered sugar,
  • 1 bag thickener for cream.

  1. Add sugar to sour cream. It is best to whisk it with a whisk, so you can control the speed. If you are whipping sour cream with a blender, then select the minimum speed. If you beat too actively, then sour cream can turn into butter. In order not to worry about it, you can simply mix the sour cream with a spoon to dissolve the sugar.
  2. Add a thickener and mix again.

Option Three

You can cook delicious tubes with custard. Ingredients:

  • 150 grams of butter,
  • 1 egg yolk,
  • 150 grams of granulated sugar
  • 150 ml of milk,
  • 1 bag of vanilla.

  1. Milk, butter and egg are best to get in advance so that these ingredients have a room temperature.
  2. Separate the yolk from the protein.
  3. Mix the yolk with the milk, whisk well.
  4. Now add sugar to the mixture and beat the mixture again, adding vanillin.
  5. Pour the mass into the pan and put it on the slowest fire.
  6. Bring the mixture to a boil and continue to simmer until thick. Cool the resulting composition.
  7. Mix the softened butter with a blender and, continuing to whisk, combine it with the milky egg composition.

Fourth option

Cook the chocolate cream. Ingredients:

  • 175 milliliters of heavy cream,
  • 250 grams of chocolate.

  1. Put the cream on the fire and bring to a boil.
  2. Break the chocolate into small pieces and add to the cream. When it is completely melted, remove the container from the fire.
  3. Cool the mass and whisk it with a blender.

Option Five

  • 125 grams of granulated sugar
  • 2 squirrels.

  1. Whip proteins with sugar until a foam appears.
  2. Place the container with the cream in the water bath for about 10 minutes, continue to beat the mixture.
  3. Remove the container from the bath, beat the cream for another minute.

Cooking Frosting

  • 5 tablespoons of cocoa,
  • 100 grams of powdered sugar,
  • 50 ml of milk,
  • 30 grams of butter.

  1. Heat the milk, dissolve cocoa and sugar in it, add softened butter.
  2. Use glaze until it hardens.

Step by step preparation:

  2. Combine butter with sugar, break eggs and beat the dough again.
  3. Add flour and mix. Introduce sunflower oil. The finished dough will be like sour cream.
