Pepperoni Pizza Sauce

You can not do the sauce, and replace it with ketchup, but we strive to make real Pepperoni, so the right decision would be to use home-made sauce.

Although, if you have homemade ketchup, then you can safely apply it to the business, and if it is not very spicy, then add garlic and ground hot pepper. I have such a ketchup in the pantry, with apples and herbs (the recipe is on the blog) and would have been great, but since I had fresh tomatoes in the fridge, I made them.

  1. Tomatoes need to be mashed, easy to cope with this blender. You must first remove them from the skin. This is also easy to do, just lightly slit the skin cross and cross the tomatoes with boiling water, then cool and peel off easily. Do not forget to remove the stalk. Peeled tomatoes cut into pieces, put in a blender, twist - mashed potatoes ready.
  2. Onions finely chopped and fry in vegetable oil until cooked.
  3. Add shredded tomatoes, chopped garlic, paprika, hops-suneli (you can replace them with your favorite spices and herbs). Stir and let the sauce boil until the excess moisture has evaporated and it thickens. At the end, add salt, sugar and pepper to taste.

- wheat flour of the highest grade 4 tbsp.,

- chicken egg 1 pc.,

- butter 200 g,

Cooking process

  1. Butter pre-freeze. Then mix the frozen butter with one cup of flour, add salt. The resulting mass rub on the smallest grater and put in the fridge.
