Season with spices and cook for another 20 minutes. When serving, add chopped garlic.

For potato soup will need:

  • Grains of white beans - 100 gr.
  • Potatoes - 3 pcs.
  • Carrots - 2 pcs.
  • Onions - 2 pcs.
  • Bacon - 100 gr.
  • Salt.

Soak the grains and cook, not forgetting to remove the foam. In 30 minutes till the end of its boiling add potatoes to the pan. Fry bacon, carrots and onions and add them to the soup, add salt and cook for another 15 minutes. Close the lid and give the soup for half an hour to infuse, after which it can be eaten.
