  • eggs - 3 pcs.,
  • flour - 230-250 g,
  • sugar - 200 g,
  • butter.

You need to make biscuit dough. To do this, beat the eggs thoroughly with sugar and gradually introduce the flour. The consistency should be like a thick sour cream.

Put the dough on a prepared and oiled baking tray with a spoon. 1 spoon = 1 petal.

Keep in mind that the volume will increase, so the distance between the petals should be at least 3 cm.

Approximate cooking time - 5 minutes. When the edges of the baking redden, reach for the baking sheet, and proceed to the formation of colors.

Make it at home is very simple. To do this, carefully, using a scoop, shoot one petal one at a time, and turn it into a calla until it has cooled.

To make Calla cookies, you will need:
eggs - 3 pcs.,
flour - 1 cup (cup capacity - 250 ml),
sugar - 1 cup (incomplete),
orange peels for decoration,
Butter - to grease the pan.

Eggs with sugar, beat with a mixer until a fluffy light mass is formed.

Continuing to beat, add a little sifted flour. The dough should turn out the consistency of liquid sour cream.

Preheat oven to 180-200 degrees with baking sheet. Hot pan or form greased with butter (can be margarine). A teaspoon (quickly) spread the dough in the form of cakes at a distance of 3-4 cm from each other.

Place in a hot oven. Bake for 3-4 minutes (as soon as the edges are slightly browned - ready, the main thing is not to overdo it, otherwise the cakes will become brittle and not curtailed). Then, very quickly, while the cakes are hot, you need to remove the spatula from the pan and glue one edge, forming the look of the calla flower.

Orange peel cut into thin, long stripes. Roll in sugar (to keep the sugar better, mix the stripes with a small amount of honey).

Place the pan in the oven preheated to 200 degrees. We bake cookies for about 5 minutes so that the edges of the baking lightly browned.

After removing the sheet from the oven, gently take turns with each spatula in turn to lift each of the cakes so that they lag behind the sheet. Without removing the blanks from the pan, we twist the flower using paper towels. Cold pellets can no longer be processed. It will be possible to lay out the folded calla flowers directly on a dish with high sides. We offer to fix the inflorescence on the stalk - confectionery straw.

INGREDIENTS

3. To make a pestle, do the following. In a glass of water, dissolve half a cup of sugar. Put on the fire. Boil orange peel in this syrup. Pierce the rind with a knife from time to time. If the skin has become soft, then ready. Cool the peel and cut into strips.

The oven is heated to 180 degrees with the baking sheet. In a bowl, combine eggs and sugar.

Using a mixer, beat the ingredients until you get a fluffy mass.

Sift flour into another bowl.
