  • Salt to taste

  1. Cooking buckwheat is best in a bowl with a thick bottom, we took a cauldron, an ordinary pan, too, will do.
  2. Peel onion and carrot, grate on a coarse grater. Garlic skip through the press.

  • Buckwheat: 500 gr
  • Leeks: 100 gr
  • Mushrooms: 400 gr
  • Butter: 100 gr (if there is, it is better to use ghee)
  • Parmesan: 100 gr (it is better to take Italian)
  • Parsley dill

Optional: dry white wine

1. Dissolve the oil in a skillet.
