  • 200 grams of rice flour (or well chopped rice cereal),
  • 100 grams of wheat flour,
  • 1 tablespoon of any bran,
  • 300 ml is enough fat kefir (not less than 2.5%),
  • a pinch of salt,
  • a teaspoon of baking powder or baking soda,
  • egg,
  • 50 grams of sugar (about five tablespoons),
  • butter or vegetable oil required for frying.

  1. In a separate bowl, combine all the bulk components: rice flour and wheat flour, soda, sugar, salt and bran.
  2. Mix the kefir with the egg in another container.
  3. Slowly pour the dry mixture into the liquid mixture while simultaneously beating all the ingredients with a whisk or mixer. You as a result of all the manipulations will get a thin tender dough.

At home, it is very easy to make rice porridge pancakes. And for this you will need the following products:

  • about 400 grams of boiled rice milk porridge of medium thickness (if it is very thick, add hot milk to get the desired consistency),

  • five tablespoons without the top of wheat flour,
  • sugar to your taste (if the finished porridge is already sweet, then you do not need to add sugar),
  • one apple
  • a pinch of cinnamon,
  • for frying about 30-40 grams of butter.

  4. Warm up butter in a skillet, sprinkle dough into it and fry pancakes on both sides until cooked.
  5. The sauce is prepared very simply: wash the berries, if necessary, free from seeds, with sugar and sour cream chop until homogeneous in a blender.
  6. Hot rice pancakes pour over the berry-sour cream sauce and eat with pleasure.

Rice flour pancakes on sour cream

Neat pancakes made from rice flour, sour cream and eggs. In fact, this is a variation of pancakes (thick little pancakes). In this recipe we will cook without sugar. If you want to sweeten, put 2-4 teaspoons of granulated sugar in the dough.

Very nutritious, but at the same time low-calorie, one might say, a dietary product. Will suit all adherents of a gluten-free diet.

Another feature of these pancakes is that they are painted in a light greenish color. The fact is that matcha tea is added to the dough. This is green tea, ground into dust, very popular in Japan. It gives not only color, but also light pleasant aroma. But you can do without it.

  • Rice - 100 g.

  • Sour cream - 100 g

We make these pancakes from two types of flour (wheat and rice), as well as a pair of bran spoons.

If desired, kefir can be replaced with milk, yogurt, ryazhenka.

  • Kefir - 300 ml.

Rice porridge pancakes

If you want to cook pancakes from boiled rice, rice porridge, I advise you to pay attention to this recipe.

By default, these pancakes are unsweetened and savory, as there is garlic in the composition. But if you wish, you can remove all unsweetened ingredients and add instead sugar, vanillin and other dessert additives.

Also very important is the rice porridge itself. It can be cooked in water, or in milk with sugar and butter.

  • Kefir - 8-9 Art. spoons
  • Boiled rice - 7-8 st. spoons with a small slide,
  • Wheat flour - 8 tbsp. spoons
  • Eggs - 2 pcs.
  • Garlic - 3 cloves,
  • Onions - 2 small,
  • Soda - 0.5 tsp.
  • Cooking oil for frying,
  • Salt - 0.5 tsp.

Beat eggs with salt and sdoy. Add kefir and beat well again.

Now lay out the boiled rice. This may be crumbly rice or plain rice porridge. Mix well.

Now came the turn of flour. Add it and mix thoroughly to obtain a gentle, but not too thin dough.

We clean onions and garlic, finely chop them, and then lightly fry in oil in a frying pan. We fry until soft onions, it is not necessary to bring to golden.

Add the onions to the dough, mix.

Heat the butter in a pan, lay out and form a pancake. Fry them until crispy golden crust on both sides. I advise you to fry under the lid, so that they are quickly cooked from the inside.

Curd and rice pancakes

The peculiarity of this recipe is not only that it contains cottage cheese. By "rice" is meant rice flakes.

As you can see from the picture, we will make sweet pancakes. I advise you to add them with jam or jam.

By the way, here you can apply one culinary trick. Although this is not a trick, but simply a way to make the dish more original in taste and appearance. Put the batter into the pan with a spoon, and pour 1-2 spoons of jam on top of it. We fry, then we overturn. The result is pancakes stuffed with jam!
